Alerts - Time

How do i set an alert based on time? I want to set an alert for initial balance close and London close. I've looked at the manual and tried a couple of thing with no luck.

Time based alerts can be trickey if you are using non time based bars, you would basically need to check if the current bar is >= time 1 and <= time 2 where the difference between time 1 and time 2 would be whatever you feel is sure to capture the time point of interest. You could then use the "Rearm type" as "timer" and then set the timer value to be greater than your time window so that you only hear the alert once. For example, if the difference between time 1 and time 2 was 1 minute you would set the timer to be say 65 seconds.
