My multi-broker licence key is not working.

Hi,

I have downloaded and reinstalled ninjatrader and have gone to add my multibroker licence however it keeps staying that I only have a regular licence. I bought and paid for a lifetime multibroker licence 7 years ago now. I have never had this issue before.

I have doubled checked the licence and still have the original emails from Ninjatrader with the multibroker licence listed, sent to me.

Not really sure where to take this now or who to contact.
