OCO Buy Stop & Sell Stop Orders?

Hello, the OCO video that I just watched is very helpful however, It only tells you how to place a buy stop order with a mouse with a scroll button. What if you don't have a mouse with a scroll button in the center, you only have a left and right button? How would you place the same order type without the scroll button?

A middle mouse button is required to use the SuperDOM Stop Limit orders. The subject was also discussed here in this forum thread:

If it makes a difference, I think it would be a nice addition for all traders if they were able to set up this type of order by clicking a button on the chart trader or superdom. I will purchase a mouse with a wheel to see how OCO orders help in my trading. Thank you very much.
