Delta Bars Not Loading Regularly

For the last several days, the NT platform has been inconsistent in loading the order flow delta bars. This morning, they are not loading at all as noted on the chart I sent. Its not clear in the picture but the last few minute bars and price line are not loading on my minute chart. They are loading on my range chart. Any advise?

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are not receiving live data at this time.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
