When i was trying to open a backup workspace, it wasnt there. Is there a way to recover my workspace??

Thanks for opening the thread.
If your workspace is not included with your backup, you could also try using the Workspace recovery tool to recover your workspace.
Control Center > Tools > Database Management > Restore Workspace > Restore. You can then open a folder named after your workspace and the last 10 versions of the workspace will be available for restoration.
