      Hi Kate,

      I got the same download problem.
      On Apr 18, I was able to download files after multiple tries at night time, but all zip files I downloaded were broken which I couldn't import into NT or open by zip software.
      Since 3 days ago until now, I haven't been able to download any files. Although I tried many methods as below, the issue is the same:
      1) On my desktop, with landline internet connection, I use Edge, Chrome, and Firefox , open all permissions and javascripts on those browsers, and disable all anti-virus and firewall on my desktop (temporary for testing download) -> same problem
      2) On my desktop, with wireless 4G internet connection only (no wifi), try the same as 1) -> same problem
      3) On tablet and phone, with wireless 4G internet connection only (no wifi), without firewall -> same problem

      I can see that it is the problem of your NT servers. Please troubleshoot your servers to fix the issues.

          I am having no difficulty downloading from the link you provided. We're trying to collect some data from users prior to providing the linked indicators. We'll need more information to find out why you and others are unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:
          • What version of Windows are you using?
          • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
          • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
          Once I receive your answers, I'll post those indicators for you.

              One PC Windows 10 Pro 1903 and another new PC Windows 10 Pro 1909

              Yes. I clear multiple times for each browser Chrome, Edge. Even on the fresh installed FireFox, it got the same problem. (I opened all permissions for all three browsers)
            • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
              I did that and reboot PC multiple times, and got the same issue.
              I did reboot PC and use only 4G connection and got same issue.
              Even I did try on my cell phone with only 4G connection, but the result is same issue. (it means nothing to deal with landline internet service provider)
            Once I receive your answers, I'll post those indicators for you.

                        We are gathering information for our IT team as we're not able to replicate the issue on our end and most of our users are not experiencing the same issues with the User App Share.

                        To assist us in identifying the root cause, please answer all of the following questions:
                        • What version of Windows are you using?
                        • What web browser are you using?
                        • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
                        • What about if you use a different web browser?
                        • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
