Routing in NT8

Hello,
How is routing done in NT8 in the case of NT8-Dorman-Rithmic-Globex?
Is it
Globex server(data) -> Rithmic server -> Ninjatrader server -> NT8 desktop - NT8 desktop(order) -> Ninjatrader server -> Dorman server -> Globex server
or smth different?

There is never a 'NinjaTrader Server' involved in the transmission of real-time data or orders.

We get real-time Rithmic data from the Rithmic API.

NinjaTrader sends orders directly to the Rithmic API. From there, Rithmic routes them to the exchange. This process would be the reverse when receiving updates about orders/positions.

But what about Dorman? It has to be somewhere in between?

I believe your brokerage/Dorman manages orders from Rithmic's servers and it does not route to brokerage/Dorman servers. However, for more information/to verify on how Rithmic and your broker route I would recommend contacting Rithmic or possibly your brokerage representative.
