CL Market Replay Data not downloading

I am attempting to use the market replay feature in NT8. When I try to download market replay data, it never finishes downloading.

I am selecting the CL 05-20 contract, 3/22/202 as the date. It gray's out the selection boxes and says "Loading data...CL 05-20 NYMEX" in the lower right corner of the dialog box, but it has been sitting here for 2 hours like that. Does it normally take many hours to download a day's worth of data? Or is this thing just not working properly?

I was able to download the data and play this back which lets us know our servers are up.

The download is sensitive to download internet speed and latency (distance from servers).

Are you getting good download speeds from a speed test?
