Market analyzer calculations

Can somebody please explain how does the market analyzer calculate the Net change, as I don't quite get it.
In the attached screenshot, my second Market Analyzer column is set to calculate in ticks on price change, but, for ES:
Open - Close = 290 ticks
High - Low = 517 ticks
High - Close = 317 ticks

So, what is the figure of -209?

The NetChange is calculated by the LastClose and current market price in NinjaTrader. The LastClose is the last session's close price and is received as it is submitted by your specific data provider.
