Real-time data connection

Hello,

I have a problem receiving real-time data in Ninjatrader 8.
I am a Lynx customer who uses the Interactive Brokers trading platform. I have real-time data that works correctly in this platform but when I want to use this data in Ninjatrader 8 I keep getting an error.
The connection between the platform of Lynx and Ninjatrader 8 is running correctly.
Attached I have added the error message, the connection settings between Lynx and Ninjatrader 8 and the option settings of Ninjatrader 8.
Is there anyone who knows why it is not possible to read this real-time data?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
