NT8-IB order rejected

Hello,

Today, I placed an order with my strategy in NT8(latest version)-IB(973gateway) setup.
The strategy has a Moving Average signal for buy with predefined stop and profit-target.

The order was initially placed but right after, the order was canceled with the following message.

Strategy 'cuEMA/196054921' submitted an order that generated the following error 'Order rejected'. Strategy has sent cancel requests, attempted to close the position and terminated itself.


I cannot figure out what caused this problem. If needed, I can send you the log and trace files.

Thank you for your post.

These order rejected messages are passed through the platform directly from your broker. In this instance you broker rejected the order.

I would recommend contacting your broker directly so they can assist you.
