Missing data depending on the number of days loaded

Please see the attached screenshots. My data provider is NinjaTrader Continuum.

When only 5 days are loaded for ES 06-20, either with Tick Replay enabled or disabled, all is OK (third attachment).

When 30 days are loaded for ES 06-20, with Tick Replay disabled, all is OK (first attachment).
When 30 days are loaded for ES 06-20, with Tick Replay enabled, the candles indicated in the previous screenshots are missing (second attachment).

Is this caused by a problem within the platform, or is there an issue with the data provider?

Thank you for the post.

I did some testing on my platform and those two bars are not missing with Tick Replay enabled with 30 days loaded while connected to NinjaTrader Continuum.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example:8.0.?.?)

Additionally, it may be that you have some corruption in your historical data.

To refresh your historical data please first delete it using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:

Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.

Problem solved by deleting the apparently corrupted data.
