Strategy makes no trades in live account

I have a strategy which I have been testing in sim account, its made thousands of trades with live data and with market replay and with strategy analyzer. On a new chart I select the strategy then under setup accounts select my live account number, then on the chart above the ATM I'm selecting my live account the same account as on the strategy. Yet no live trades are taken, I can make trades in the account manually just nothing triggers from the strategy. Any ideas? All settings have been identical and nothing has changed accept me changing the account.

Do you receive any errors, either on screen or in the log tab of the Control Center?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
