Buyside Order Flow

Hi

I just started using the Buyside Order Flow software. The problem I am having is when I go and change a setting in the software all the data is lost and the chart starts over again as if it's a brand new chart and doesn't save any of the old info. I spoke with the vendor and they felt it was a problem with NT8. I tried using tick replay but the program would just freeze and would have to be rebooted. It happened once today.

Any suggestions?

Please check the log tab of your Control Center, are there any errors being reported there?

Are you able to open a new workspace and use the indicators on that workspace?
