Workspace
I did all my charting, SAVED the workspace then switched to playback mode and back to continuum, and my charting is gone. It happened to me more than once, what am I doing wrong? This is extremely frustrating. And is there a way to zoom out of the chart on smaller time frames to see the whole picture?
Thank you in advance!Starts03-17-2020Ends03-17-2020Tags: None

Hello bankavaselina,
Thank you for your note.
When connecting to the Playback Connection, drawing objects that were drawn when connected to a live data provider can be removed. Drawing objects are also removed when moving the playback slider back in time.
We recommend if you use a large number of drawing objects in a workspace that you use a separate, dedicated workspace for using the Playback connection and fully close the one you normally use. Also, ensure to save your original workspace prior to switching to Playback mode so that should issues occur, you can close and restart NinjaTrader and have the original workspace.
On smaller time frames, you may compress the chart to see more bars at once by clicking on the time axis at the bottom of the chart and dragging it to the right.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.
