horizontal line in VOL indicator

Hello,

Im trying with out succcess to save horizontal lines in the VOL indicator panel.

I can save them in the price panel (in here i can attach them to all charts, when i do so there is an "@" that appears on the name of the line (ex: @horizontal Line23) but this "@" doesnt appear when i save a horizontal line in the VOL panel.

Any ideas?

Thanks for writing in today.

The @ symbol would denote a Global Drawing Object.

Drawing Objects can be applied to a specific chart (local), or to all charts of the same instrument (global).

I suspect these Global Draw Objects are not showing as the price scale on Panel 1 is far different from the VOL panel's y value, so these wouldn't be seen in that panel.

Thanks for your reply.

Can you confirm if you are trying to save Global Drawing Object in that pane? In essence, they are but are not see as the price level the Horizontal Line is set to say $2400 and the Vol is showing say 1500 for the number of contracts traded so you would have to zoom out on the VOL panel for its y-axis to include a range of 2400- 1500 and this would make the VOL panel essentially useless as it would be so small to see changes on that scale size.
