"Error on requesting bar series. Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Out of the blue, I received the error message referenced in the subject line a few minutes before market open today. NT platform was just fine late last night. I have been emailing back n forth with the support team and still no resolution yet. This is quite frustrating because it happened in prime time. I can't even use the platform because clicking on the error message shuts down the platform. Has anyone else seen this?? Trying to resolve this through email is frustrating, and NT doesn't have any phone technical support.

If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this, please let me know.

I received the same error after rolling into the June contracts.
after NT crashed several times, I did the following:
1. Opened NT
2. Saw the Error/ clicked ok.
3. Saved the workspace
4. Restored all charts and the DOM to the March contracts
5. Saved the workspace again.
6. Exited; "Yes" on save workspace question.
7. Ran NT again.
8. Opened up without seeing the error
9. Logged into to data feed.
10. No issues.

Hopefully the error is resolved cos the March contracts are due to expire.
But maybe you can still make some money before the close....or maybe you need to stary out of the markets today...LOL.
