SuperDom only showing prices on the Ask side

I just turned on m charts to find a strange looking SuperDOM. All of the price action is showing in the Ask column. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue? I have already tried deleting the SuperDom and setting up a new one.

Also to add to this post, my charts are at a complete standstill. I have tried connecting and reconnecting to NinjaTrader Continuum Live

CME circuit breakers tripped for S&P trading

"Following a significant market move the evening of Sunday, March 8th, several CME Group markets including the Equity Indexes are currently at lock limit and there will be no trading until Monday, March 9th at 8:30 am CT. Lock limits are used by exchanges to regulate market volatility." (NT email last night)

Offers build but they can't cross due to the lock limit state. Bids, understandably, not coming up, resulting in DOM appearance.

Also, if you missed it, NT email further says "Due to the risk presented by significant market swings, intraday margins for the CME Equity Indices, Interest Rates and Energies have been increased 2X until further notice."
