problem with ninja 8 demo in virtual machine

hello i am trying ninja 8 with continuum demo ( i am using a virtual machine vmware), so when i click on ninjatrader it gives me cant connect to servers (my firewall is down i dont have an antivirus) i tried flush dns rebooting the computer , unpluging internet but no luck so far. i have no problem opening ninja in my main computer but does not work in virtual machine .Do you have any idea what the problem might be

hello chelsea, the windows firewall is disabled, there are no restrictions on the network , when starting ninja the licence does not verify . i have windows 7 32 bits installed in the virtual machine i wonder if that could be the problem.

NinjaTrader is supported with Windows 7 and does have a 32-bit mode which will install automatically.

If connection to the licensing server and the connection to the continuum demo servers are both failing, this would indicate something is blocking ninjatrader from reaching those servers.
This could be settings on the host computer with the virtual machine, or may be within the virtual machine settings, or may be within the settings of windows running on the virtual machine, or may be with the network.
