OIF File with real account does not work

Hello,

I have some issues to trade with OIF Files. I have enabled the AT Interface and with a simulation account (Sim101) it works but when I switch to a real account nothing happens.
In the AT tab there is no posibility to change the default account from Sim101 to the real one.
Do you know how can I fix that?

Ensure you are using the Name column not the Display name column.

what's the difference between "Display Name" abd "Name"? Can I manually change the Display Name?

On your LIVE ACCOUNT not SIM:
The display name will be your real name plus some identifiable characters and numbers
The name will be like your account numbers
The video shows you how to add the Name field to your tabs.
