It's Saturday Night and NT8 isn't working

I just sat down to look at charts and saw that my connection is off line. Is maintenance to the servers being done now? It's 10:25 in Texas. I've done all the normal stuff. Restarted NT8 and restarted my computer did the ipconfig /flushdns thing too. So is it just down due to maintenance?

Me too, same issue. Never had this before.
NT8 team should have a page that gives out a brief if something is wrong on their servers / some upgrade is happening. So users won't have to worry.

Glad to assist. This item appears to be isolated to some CQG / Continuum connections. Testing on my end, this error now appears to be resolved.

If you still see the same, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2114450 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Yah it was back and running in an hour or so. I really didn't think it was a huge issue. I figured the servers where being cleaned up or whatever.
