Help with enabling Lease license to use Chart Trader / ATM

Hi NT Support,

I have a Lease account license with NT, and this is connected and working through my NT7 software - I can use the ATM and charter trader.

However, on NT8, I am connected to my live account, and can see the live-account funds after entering my license key, but I cannot use the ATM or chart trader and it says I need a lease/lifetime license to use it.

Can you please help me resolve this so I can use these functions on NT8.

Hello Austiner87,

It sounds like you are using a free license key for NinjaTrader 8 rather than your leased license key. I would suggest opening the "License Key" window within NinjaTrader 7, copying this license key, and then pasting it into your installation of NinjaTrader 8. To access your license key, go to Help > License Key from the NinjaTrader Control Center window.
