Instrument greyed out on chart

Why is the 'instrument' greyed out when I have the order window attached to the chart? Please see screenshot

The instrument drop down menu in Chart Trader will only be active when using a chart with multiple data series. When using a chart with a single data series to change the instrument select the instrument from the Instrument drop down menu in the upper left hand corner of the chart window.

Is there a way to acheive a similar window to 'chart trader' with just one data series? I just want ES chart and the order window attached to the chart vs order window in a seperate/detatched window from chart

Currently this option is not available with a single series chart however I have submitted your suggestion to our development team and will follow up as soon as a tracking number has been assigned.
