Problem With indicator

Hello I got a trial on an indicator and for some reason im getting a message saying: vendor needs to activate license . So i contacted the vendor and he sad it's
activate and there is something wrong on my end. I double check my machine id number and it matches his. He responded with this:

The license is valid as of today for the machine id number you provided
14316A081DB203EF325B5DFB2E86D7F7

If it does not work then either the number is missing a digit or there is an issue with the NT license servers.

Please check the machine id number is correct and if it is then forward this email to NT support as its all good at my end

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2421026" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
