    This is highly unusual as support is very responsive. I sent a support request via email on 2/11/2020. Received an acknowledgment but that's it. Sent another one with assigned ticket (2417800) on 2/12/2020. Still no answer. What gives?

    I sent a reply to both inquires as I am not certain as to why you have not received them.

    Sometimes our support emails may get blocked by firewalls/spam filters. If this is the case please unblock NinjaTrader s well as checking the Spam folder in your e-mail so we may better assist you.

    I will also be sending my previous response via my personal e-mail to ensure that you receive it.

    I look forward to getting this inquiry resolved.
