Some Forex pairs are not displaying all data when using Renko bars

Hello,

I have 2 renko chart (NZDCHF, EURUSD) which are set to load 50 days worth of data but my chart is only displaying 7 days. If I switch the chart to candle stick 1 day it will load 365 days worth of data with no problem but when I switch the chart type to Renko it only loads 7 days worth of data. I am connected to Kinetick for both historical and live data. I have tried removing the historical data for both NZDCHF and EURUSD and then reloading it from the chart but it still will only show 7 days of data. All my other currency pairs load fine with the Renko chart type. Any idea what the problem could be?

The Renko charts are using Tick data to build the bars and there is a restriction, during trading hours, of how much tick data you can access. When requesting tick data between the hours of 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM ET, you will have access to 8 days of historical tick data. If you request the data outside those, hours the full 180 days is available. After you request the data, it will be downloaded to your historical database and cache so you can access this data at any time.
