Change background color of Alerts Window

Is there an relatively easy way to change the background color of the Alerts window from black... to anything else. Similarly can you change the font colors?

Do you mean to change the background color and text color when an alert is triggered, or change the background color and text color of the 'Alerts Log' window in general?

It is not currently possible to change those settings for just the Alerts Log. You could change the Platforms "Skin" setting to a different color, but that would change the background of all windows. To change the "Skin" go to your Control Center>Tools>Options>General>Skin

Additionally, if you like I can submit this as a feature request to the development team on your behalf.

Yes, this should be fixed. If you take a look at the blue font on black background for Alerts it is barely legible unless you highlight it.

Why don't you simply select a different background color for your alert?

Would you like the color setting for the background and text to override the colors set for the alert?

Here is the help guide link that talks about these properties and I have highlighted the Alerts 'Background color' property in my screenshot. This is the same window that you use to configure all of your alerts.
