Forex.Com Connection Fails

Dear Support,

I have a Forex.com account and have no problem signing to Forex.com MT4 platform and connect to my account and data. But I also want to access Forex.com data on NT8.

I am using my Forex.com ID and PW to add and configure Forex.com on NT8 list of connections. However, when I try to connect to Forex.com on NinjaTrader the connection fails because credentials do not match.

What's is missing here?

Hello,

In order to access the data from Forex.com and use on NT 8, you'll have to create another account with Forex.com, except this time you have to create an account for NT 7/8....Your new account ID will now have a "NJ" in front of it..ex "NJ381001"
