    Live account not visible

    I opened a support query # 2403997 on 29 January. My emails are being rejected by the NinjaTrader email - here is the failed delivery message: "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    [email protected]
    host mx2.emailsrvr.com [108.166.43.2]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
    451 4.7.1 Received too many messages from a new or untrusted IP:
    197.242.158.101 (Z27/353B9F2) (G28): retry timeout exceeded"
    I also tried remote support - did not get any response from that.

    I can only see my Sim101 account in the account tab. I do have my live licence key loaded under Help, Licence Key. Under Tools, global simulation mode is not checked. My money was deposited into my FCM Phillip Capital ages ago. I am using NinjaTrader brokerage (but maybe not for much longer ).

    What am I missing - where in the menu do I go to see my live account? Any help will be appreciated.

    The email rejection messages you're receiving are a result of your IP address being flagged as malicious. Are you able to send files or emails through the platform? Try these steps:
    • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
    • Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
    • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2410145 ATTN Patrick G
    If this doesn't work, try the same steps but with 'Log and Trace Files' disabled.

    If you have a live license key entered but do not see a live account in the Accounts tab, one likely cause is that you're not connected to your brokerage account. Can you confirm that you only see the Sim101 account as available when you go to an order entry window like the SuperDOM or Chart Trader and click on the account drop down list?

      Upon further review, the IP address is not being blocked on our end as we received your email to us via the platform that you sent at approximately 3:14AM ET today. it seems as if you've been in contact with my colleague Marco is ticket #2403997. I can see that you're using a very old version of NinjaTrader 8 which is the first thing I would recommend fixing:
      • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
      • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
      • Enter your license key and press Submit
      • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
      • Select 'Download'
      • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
