I also tried remote support - did not get any response from that.
I can only see my Sim101 account in the account tab. I do have my live licence key loaded under Help, Licence Key. Under Tools, global simulation mode is not checked. My money was deposited into my FCM Phillip Capital ages ago. I am using NinjaTrader brokerage (but maybe not for much longer
). What am I missing - where in the menu do I go to see my live account? Any help will be appreciated.
