Add DOM to chart trader panel

When orders are placed via chart trader they can block other indicators on the same chart. It would be much better if a chart trader DOM can be shown w/ the same prices / scale as the chart and all orders / fills are shown on the chart trader DOM. Preferably the chartdom columns could be customized so perhaps a price ladder is not needed just buy / sell columns as well the regular buttons ect.
