Cannot connect to continuum account

I can't connect to my continuum account on NT8.

It gets stuck here:

My Continuum: Primary connection=Connecting, Price feed=Connecting

Ironbeam / GFF brokers is telling me they can connect fine, although they're having some issue connecting to CME. But their support is basically saying nothing they can do and it must be something on my end even though I have tried restarting my machine, restarting NT8, and verified my internet connection works perfectly.

Is there any insight you guys could help me provide to fix this? Thanks!

It is true that the CME has reached out to many companies regarding as issue at the moment, however, if your broker can connect to your connection but you cannot, it is likely a local problem either with NinjaTrader, your PC, your internet, or the route between your PC and the necessary servers.
