NT8 won't load

Good morning. I am trying to start up NT8 this morning. Charts come up, but they are blank. Upper left hand corner of chart shows info is loading but nothing happens. I bring up the control panel and when I try to access it the pointer on the screen appears as a continuously turning circle. I have tried running the NT8 installer and running repair. Tried removing and reinstalling also and that hasn't worked.

So we can assist you further could you provide us answers to the following questions?

1. Does this work in Safe Mode? NinjaTrader 8 can be started in Safe Mode by holding the Ctrl key before double clicking on the NinjaTrader 8 icon and held until the platform starts.
2. Do you see any errors in the log tab of the Control Center?
3. Who are you connected to? This will be noted by the green icon in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center.

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

• Loading workspaces.
• Connecting on start-up.
• Loading custom assemblies.
• Getting instrument updates from the server.
