Ichimoku Cloud indicator for NinjaTrader 8

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I see what your saying in that post.
I think what I was missing was looking back as that is just a "projection" forward.

I am trying to use this Ichimoku Cloud indicator. I have followed Post #13 of 9, 26, 52 (Fast, Medium, Slow) and with a cloud displacement value of 26 and displacement: of 26. When Ninjatrader plots the chart, the Tenkan and Kijun lines seem be over the cloud and not at the start of the price candles where they are suppose to be. I've included a screen shot of my chart so you can see what I mean.

Any help you can give me would be greatly apricated.

Welcome to the forums aba120!

The cloud is displaced forward 26 bars (by the Cloud displacement property.)

The plot lines added when you uncheck "Display Cloud only" are not displaced forward.

The indicator would need to be modified to displace the plot lines forward in addition to the cloud to have them aligned.

Hello Jim, Thanks for the indicator, I use it in TOS and am familiar with it on that platform, Just pointing out that SenkouSpanA and B plot away from the cloud see the SenkouSpanB
Where in TOS both SpanA and B hug the cloud see below

May I confirm you have set the 'Cloud Displacement' to 0?

Otherwise the cloud will be displaced while the plots are not.
