I seem to be having trouble with the SuperDOM. Its currently only showing one level of prices for stocks. Kinetick is my data provider and I'm subscribed to Nasdaq with Level 2 and open book. I've emailed Ninjatrader, but yet to hear back from them. Hopefully you guys can help. I'll also attach a screen shot of my settings for SuperDom and my level 2. thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post.
This is expected behavior as the SuperDOM will not show level II data for stocks/equities so you would want to use the level II window to view that data.
The following portion of our Help Guide has a note that says:
Please let us know if you have any further questions.Note: To view market depth for equities the Level II window must be used.
