NT8 Freezing up

Hi, I have been using NT8 without issue since release. Since I updated to 8.0.14.2 64Bit the program freezes on occasion if I have not clicked in a chart for some time. My data feed is Kinetick and appears to be working fine. The issue is resolved by rebooting NT8 but this becomes a pain. Any suggestions welcome.

Without additional information about your PC and NinjaTrader, it will be very difficult to diagnose the root issue and find a solution for what you're experiencing.

Please write an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a link to this forum thread and '1936585 ATTN Patrick G' in the subject or body of the message. Additionally, please attach your log and trace files to the email for review

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
