Chart Trader Shows profit/Loss in $$ when PnL display Unit is set to Points

Description in the subject says it all. Is there any other setting needed to display the results in points? Appreciate a response

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2400629 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

Apparently, this is a bug. if you search for posts using text " PnL Display UNit" and view threads you can find that tracking ID SFT-1117 was created recently. .

can it show PnL in $ + Points and also full day results, like realized results and unrealized results all on chart trading ?

Unrealized PnL in ChartTrader uses the setting selected for 'PnL display unit' in the ChartTrader properties menu. Realized PnL is reported in Currency.

You can view full day results in the Trade Performance window which you can open at Control Center-->New-->Trade Performance. You can view these results in Currency, Percent, Points, Pips and Ticks. You can configure this in the Display field. More information on the Trade Performance window can be found at the link below.
