NT8 and Tos-Missing data

Hello, i have again problems using NT8 and thinkorswim as datastream.
Some charts donīt get upadated. On a chart of NNVC the latest daily quote is from 21. not from 23. January.
When using kinetick EOD (free) there are no such problems. When using tos directly there are also no problems.
Canīt explain this.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2399099" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
