1000 Tick Chart not matching up on charts

I have a 1000 Tick candlestick chart and a 1000 tick volumetric bar chart.

The bars are being printed different on each chart. Shouldn't they be the same?

Also, the tick counter is off by about 400 ticks. Candle chart shows higher tick count than volumetric bars.

How do I fix this?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2397863" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
