GC 02-20 => No market data available

Hi all,
I would like to perform some exercise with the Gold Futures (GC 02-20) and Silver Futures (SI 03-20) , but when I try to insert a simulated order, the platform reaction is "there is no market data available ..."
Where am I mistaking ?

Hello webqual,

No market data available means there is no real-time data being received.

Who are you connecting to for data?

Have you verified with the data provider or brokerage that you are enabled for these products?

Are you seeing changing bid and ask prices on the SuperDOM or in Chart Trader with these instruments loaded?

Everything's clear now,
yes, I can't see any data on the SuperDOM and yes, now I remember I have not subscribed the futures metal option when I started the contract with the data feed supplier...

I am with Ninja Trader Continuum - CQG.
