redo set up with lifetime license

My computer with Ninjatrader installed (lifetime license) bit the dust. I have installed Ninjatrader on a new pc and need the steps to getting it set up as before - connection with AMP Futures - CQG (main) and IQ Feed - secondary. Appreciate any help.
