Handling Drawings

Hello,

in NT7 it was possible and practically to remove certain drawings selected "Rectangles"...)
In NT8 it seems on can only remove all drawings or one has to select the ones wanted to be removed.

Isnt it possible to select drawing objects by rectangle, line etc. to remove?

That particular feature was removed in NInjaTrader 8.

I have added a vote for you to a current feature request to re-allow removal of all drawing objects of a specific type through the UI. This request is being tracked under the number SFT-1215.

As with all feature requests, interest is tracked before implementation is considered, so we cannot offer an ETA or promise of fulfillment. If implemented, it will be noted in the Release Notes page of the Help Guide.

You can enumerate all DT from your strategy/indicator and get Type of it, then you can remove it.
Or you can enumerate Chart objects and also define the type and remove it
There are some examples in the net which show/hide any DT
