connection error logon failed

when i try to connect to continuum with ninjatrader 8, i get a message :unspecified error has occured.please contact support desk(logon failed).
I am getting this message only today,otherwise it was always working fine.i am using live account.please look into this.

I'm connecting now, too. Followed the restart list, earlier, but wasn't able to connect until a few minutes ago. Thank you for the quick fix. --Geary.
