Data Timeframes

Hi,

I'm in some weird situation. When I start NT8 and enter demo for CQG, then connect I cant open my charts with data anyway. For example FDAX will load daily data timeframe but they are not accurate and price is not moving... When I try minute there are no candles at all... I need to solve this because I have some visualization and this is essential.

I tried another demo data, reinstall and even formated my pc recently.

The futures demos provided by CQG do supply real-time FDAX data. We'll have to find out why you're unable to receive it.

Please answer the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• What FDAX expiry have you selected? For example, 09-18
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Instrument: FDAX 06-18

FDAX 06-18 is expired. The current front month is 09-18.

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.
