HI this thread has been there for few years i believe, so what is the plan to complete this story to enable historical tick data from IBKR? Is there any plan or serious interest to offer this feature at all? Or it is just an eye wash as data feed revenue to Kinetik and NT brokerage would be lost so this will never be implemented?

Hello honest-trader,
The ability to request historical tick data from Interactive Brokers is available in newer versions of their API. It is not simply implementing a new API function, it would mean creating a new connection adapter that supports the new API, which is no small undertaking.
At this time interest is still being monitored.JimNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hi Jim
Yeah you have been sitting on for more than 1 year and are you telling that still this is not added to the sprint? No firm that is not customer centric will survive. It is literally a rip off customers scheme. So would you refund the fees collected form all users monthly as it is clearly a delay on your side?
I'm going to voice my concerns and feedback on all possible forums online.
Other NT users should do the same and give thumbs down for NT and for frequent crashes.
