    FXCM (demo) data-feed stopped?

    Since midnight yesterday, there is no more FXCM data for my forex-pairs. Any ideas?

    Actually one hour ago there was data, but it was with big gaps and lots of candles missing. When I restarted my PC (for another reason), there was no data of today anymore at all. (Fr, 01/03/19, UTC+1).

    Does anyone face the same issue? Any ideas?

    Thanks for posting to the forums.

    We are currently looking into the issue regarding FXCM connections not plotting historical data. At this time, the issue appears to be isolated to Historical Data Server 001, and as a work around, disconnect from the connection, and try reconnecting— you can see the historical data server you are connected to from the Log Tab of the Control Center after connecting (hds-us-002 and 003 are working as expected)

      Thank you but unfortunately, I cant find where in the Control Center I can switch the historical data servers (002 and 003)? Thank you

        Hello,

        Thanks for your reply.

        If you head to the Control Center's Log tab and then disconnect and reconnect to the connection, you will see the log generate information related to what hds the platform is connected to; if you see (hds-us-002 or 003) you can right click on the chart> Reload All Historical Data and find the data working as expected.

          I found the log and disconnected and reconnected FXCM demo three times, but I will only connect to HDS-us-nt-001. Can you switch the server for my account if I tell you my machine ID or somethings else?

            Thanks for your reply.


            We have received word from our Sever Management team that all connections should now be routed away from this server. Please restart NinjaTrader then reload your charts and let me know if you see the same.
