Thank you for your post.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for here. The Data Box may be opened by right clicking on a chart and includes the current symbol name and information regarding whichever bar you mouse over. What is it exactly that you are looking to have displayed?

Please look at the image, I'm just saying the input textbox, Is there a way to expand it, so that the whole symbol name could be viewed?

There would not be a current way to expand this dropdown. I've added a feature request for you to add this ability which may be tracked with the number SFT-4526.

There is, however, a free indicator you can download that will place a watermark with the instrument name (and expiry, if it is a future) on the chart itself, so you can easily see at a glance what the chart is of. This indicator is publicly available on our NinjaTrader Ecosystem website:

Here is a basic guideline of how to import NinjaScript add-ons in NinjaTrader 8:

Note — To import NinjaScripts you will need the original .zip file.

To Import:

1. Download the NinjaScripts to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
2. From the Control Center window select the menu Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-on...
3. Select the downloaded .zip file
4. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.

Critical - Specifically for some NinjaScripts, it will prompt that you are running newer versions of @SMA, @EMA, etc. and ask if you want to replace, press 'No'

Once installed, you may add the indicator to a chart by:

• Right click your chart > Indicators... > Select the Indicator from the 'Available' list on the left > Add > OK
