Hello:

How do I see past orders and trade performance data? I was looking at Orders tab and that only contain orders for the past 10 hours or so. All order data from the orders tab and logs are not there.

1) How do I make sure the past historical trade data is preserved?

The last data I see from Orders/logs is for 6/20/2018 01:01:58 - This is not sufficient. The older trade data is missing from the tabs.

2) Trade Performance Data

The TradePerformance data is unreliable

When I search TradePerformance data from 06/28 -to- 06/29 ( USDJPY)
I get two trades

Now If I change the timeframe and use 06/27 -to- 06/29
then I get a completely different set of data.

So which trades did I actually execute?

Attached screenshots.

I am trading using NinjaTrader live account and I expect proper data to be reported for my trades. I should be able to see all my trades and orders made using my live account. Please correct the issue.

Thank you for writing in.

Glad to assist. The tabs of the Control Center like Orders will only include the current day's trades.

The Trade Performance window should log the trades taken with the connected live account. We advise that you repair your database using the instructions below. Once complete, please test using the Trade Performance window to Generate reports.

Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via Control Center > Connections > Disconnect
From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Database Management
Click on 'Repair DB'
Press the "Repair" button
