Charts not updating

Hi,

I am connected to the Continuum data feed and I have a permanent license but neither my charts nor my DOM displays are updating. I have a strategy that I can see is getting live prices.

I have previously contacted support but haven't received any response yet. If anyone has any ideas what to do, I would appreciate any advice you might have. I have tried all the obvious things (I have used NinjaTrader for over a decade).

I see that you're NinjaTrader Brokerage account is not currently enabled for real-time data. You'll need to contact the NinjaTrader Brokerage Support Team for assistance with enabling your account with real-time data. You may contact them here:
