Hello,

I'm testing Forex pairs on NT8. Everything loads fine except USDCNH (with FXCM data). Is there a bug, or why is no historical and only live data loaded?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I have upgraded as per your email, and tested on other three machines. Same problem. Only live data, no historical data using FXCM. Any other thing to check?

Thank you. I followed the steps you suggested by erasing all historical data, still no historical data is loaded for USDCNH. Only for that pair, every other FOREX pair works as expected. Any other suggestions?

Conclusion: Can't get historical data because Ninja Trader does not store the historical data for USDCNH, brokers don't have historical data either. It can only work with Kinetick, as far as I know.
