volumetric orders type

Hello,

I want to ask please what orders are visible as market orders in volumetric dataseries. Accurately I mean as follows: lets say for a long position with 3 contracts the stop is triggered because market is going down. Do the sell with "3" appear on the left side of volumetric bar? But the "3§ do not appear before stop is hit in level2 as a resting order, correct?

Thank you for your post.

The volumetric bars are a count of executed order volume at a specific price. This information is provided by your data provider but yes, if you were to execute a 3 long position in a bar, this would show in the buy volume for a certain price level. Any pending orders that have not been executed such as a resting stop would not cound as an executed order and would not add the the volume of the bar.
